Managed off-site storage to point your backups at, if you would rather not source and run a bucket yourself. Priced by capacity and available on every plan (Free, Beta or Pro), billed monthly. Backups themselves are included with every server — this is storage, and it is entirely optional: server disk and your own S3 both work without it.

No. Your customers connect their own AI assistant on their own subscription — you are not buying API credits and there is nothing to install or run. They issue a read-only token from their panel, scoped to their own account, and every call is logged for you. It is included on every tier, Free as well.
